Yeah you played very well indeed. I think you'll do really well if you continue to use this new character.
As for me, it was a grim reminder that the clay season is right around the corner

Had a nice match with Anteros today, after my 1 week absence from the game.

He won 6-7, 6-3, 6-3. His power just kept coming and coming, i had a hard time finding my rhtym. My serve kept me in the first set, but broke down in the second and third. Anteros did hit 45 winners and 2 unforced errors. He played an amazing match.

Then to follow mymatch with anteros i played rocketsfall. It was a close match i won 6-7, 6-4, 6-3. He had a great strategy on the clay surfae and took me a while to figure out what to do. I only had 2 break point oppurtinities and converted on both of them. We each had 8 unforced errors. Great game rocketsfall. :D

Yeah it was a good match. I've had a couple of these close matches lately that I eventually end up losing. Seems like I'm having problems to maintain the same level during a (long) match.

Played against SoundfSilence again.

I was using this setup:
FH 67
BH 86
Serve 55
Return 81
Volley 50
Power 74
Speed 77
Stamina 70

He was using his Kuerten character, don't know his exact stats, but he had slightly more power (80ish) and better groundstrokes (74/90 or so), which caused him to have the upperhand in the rallies by a little bit and forcing me to try and finish the points using some risk, hence hitting some more unforced errors.
As usual he started slowly, I held serve and broke him to take a 2-0 lead. He managed to break me twice in the 1st set though to take it 6-4.

Then the 2nd was real drama. I was having all sorts of trouble holding on to my service games. Got rid of breakpoint after breakpoint. He did manage to break once halfway the set though, and at 3-5 with me serving he got his 1st matchpoint. I didn't surrender though, held my game and broke him to 5-5. But as usual I had lots of trouble on my service, and he broke again to 6-5. Already great drama, but it got better for the fans of total chaos.
Lag kicked in!
While he was serving for the match the lag was suddenly there. Referees were deciding whether to postpone the match, but we went on. Matchpoint again on 40-30, what looks like a forehand winner should be the end of the match, but somehow I get it back and he misses an easy volley. Deuce, and I get into the rally once more. Approaching the net I hit what also seems to be a forehand winner, but despite standing at the opposite corner of the court, Kuerten somehow gets the ball back to leave me absolutely stunned. Or actually laughing out loud together with the crowd, but well... Then finally he finished the match with a backhand winner; 6-4 7-5.

Match statistics (check the breakpoints!):

i swear with this setup i play only to your forhand(67 is crazy!!)every time so long till the backhand is open for a winner.. you have no chance with this setup about me..
only chance for you is:that you are a risk king. than maybe it work

I know I don't have any chance against any 90-setup, but then outside the ITST-matches I won't play against any 90-setup. I have a weaker side, SoundfSilence had a weaker side, makes the matches fun.

Very good match indeed. I'm glad I'm managing to get some wins back against him, our head to head must be pretty even atm.

This was the setup for my Kuerten used against TomBs:

Kuerten

FH: 78
BH: 90
SE: 70
RE: 65
VO: 40
PO: 82
SP: 71
ST: 64

Bearing in mind our standard is very similar, fortunately for me, my Kuerten setup gave and advantage over his setup. Just like in real life, some pro players just simply do better against others etc.

There were some funny moments where we let the animation play on and I think TS3 does a good job of this. The expressions you get from your characters can be really funny, and very fitting.

Played Mack2300 yesterday, won the 1st match 6-1, 6-4 and the 2nd 7-6, 6-4 - this is something special for me, cause Mack is one of those guys I always had a very hard time playing against - one reason for winning those 2 matches is probably Mack disliking clay, while I really love to play on clay!
