I appreciate what you say, I'm looking for another supplier and a higher speed internet-this does not mean that im not comfortable with that I have, but as Rob said there are some things i can do about it, so you have a little patience for the matches I have left, until I get what I'm looking for. Thanks

I don't think it's your fault nito. However it would be great if we could have a 'lag-free' tour so to speak. I'm not saying eliminate players who lag now and again but if your connection is very bad with most players then is there really any point? Controversial i know but this tour is of the highest standards and therefore we should have some sort of rule in place to maybe enforce that or if there's a general consensus of people falling foul the majority of times. Also, this tour is the biggest international video game tennis tour (i think?) and of course all people from all over the world should be able to participate but it's a hard line to define.

P.S nothing against you nito or people who may be susceptible to involuntary lag. You'd probably be just as good if not BETTER without the lag so i can see two sides of the coin here. 8)

Edit: Also i know about the: one connection is fine for one player but another is diffferent (e.g American/Europe interconnect problem). I don't think this is what i'm saying and that is a seperate matter imo.

Well, keep in mind that a high speed internet connection is not common in every part of the world. The EU, North America, (South-)East Asia, Australia have a good access to the internet, but other less developed countries don't necessarily. Lag will always exist, and as I think most players are from Europe/USA you will have lag against more opponents than those from Europe/USA.

About your gamestyle, tbh I can't recall our only match (we did play once, didn't we?), but as long as it's according to the rules, it's not considered bad sportsmanship (but hey, views on that differ) and you have fun with it, then there's no point in changing it. There is no style with which you'll please everyone. I actually prefer the variation on the tour, and if I play someone I don't like to play, then I won't play them outside the tournaments.

Well, I take advantage of this post not to open other one very similar that of alex or this one itself of nitoflament, what is not blames for nobody that the connection is not good, but when you play a match like that the truth that very enterteining is not, I have just played against lonamer, have lost, it is not important, but when your player sends balls out or to the net constant without using the riskshots let's say that it is a shit, I am tired of playing like that matches, is not entertained at all this way that I stop playing tournaments, is not a question as does nito or a break as alex, i will not play more tournaments, I understand that it is a part of the game online, but also I believe that should be some rule in the matter, i know that this is very dificult but I am tired of playing matches like that, good luck for alls and i will see u when u want practice.

Pd: also I surprise that some players criticize the risk slice and then they do not stop using them when they have problems, each one can play as want, but do not criticize anything that then you use constant.

I agree :tu

Don't leave Maximo, one bad match should not make you want to quit. The tour needs you.

nitoflament wrote:Hi all, lately I have not felt very comfortable, I feel that everyone question my way of playing and my connection, and think I cheat every time I win. I joined this site for about 7 or 8 months and have reached the 12th position in a clean and ethical way. I played with most of the players on this tour and there are few times they have complained about my connection and way of playing, but lately after the game with Alex, I noticed that I am very challenged. I wonder, with as honestly as possible, if you think I should leave the circuit, because it really hurts me a lot to question my position as competitor. I do my best for the games are played well, I have a very good speed on my connection, but obviously there is lag and I know, but then to say it is impossible to play with me, that's another thing. For this reason, tell me what do you think and if I keep playing on the tour, and if you find it "imposbile" play with me. When I say impossible, I mean that you can not play at all. Beyond all this, I always felt like home and I enjoy competing with you because I got where I am to play against the best players, but in future it will not feel the same thing, every time you play against me and something happens, I will be responsible. Unfortunately this is happening to me in my best moment. Thanks all

hey nito i played you once last year and i didn't have a problem att all with your game. If i can remember correctly you were a very aggresive and promising player. Everybody has his own style of playing so you shouldn't worry about what others say of you.

and about the lag thing. Dont sweat it man. Everybody have lag problems there is now way to avoid that. Its like a rain delay.

I definetly think you should stay

come on now. Your too good a player to quit man. I know what you mean i had the same thing against otlichno the round before you. i couldn't return att all in the first set but you keep going man. Not all matches are bad. And for some reason i have it all the time at the Stavgaard Tennis Hall man. So i like to see it as the underground that we are playing there might not suit me.

I quit to

Im sick and tired of brgefliprs cheesy game

Sorry, anyway.
1)-Nito, honestly man, dont quit, firslty the connection is not your fault, and while i mighnt agree with your style of play you are an excellent player who plays 100% within the rules, so please stay.

As for maximo, mate by all means quit if you want to, but i reccomend you dont, if you REALLY want to you can quit for a week, give me a WO in MS  , then return.
But we all have off days, days that have been going badly, then you play a ITST match that doesnt go well and your like "Why do i even bother"

i know it tone, is a video game, and a video game has to be funny, i think, and this matcheS aren´t funny at all, because is not a match only, there are a lot, i have played 3 matches with voldemort, and simply i can´t return, my player is frozen when he serves, then what can i do? and today my player was stopped, and my shots without using risk shots were going to the center or it was out or to the net, how can I play a match like that?, this matches only make me waste my time and get furious.
btw: I have discovered really this game in itst, thank you.
