Not an exhibition I know but just have to mention my itst match in ws with Womanizer earlier on. He won 7-6(10) 7-6(20) The second set tiebreak was truly epic. Takes the sting out of losing when you can play matches like these.

I think the sting was taken out after you beat up me in WS earlier. Still licking my wounds from that one.

But how about a congrats for Mack on his WS title!!!! :D

I played my best matches for a while against coke today and he won 6-2 6-4 and 6-4 6-2...

I feel slighlty annoyed cause i played really well on my serve for the most part just his serve was too good and he would return amazingly in some games. :(

The first set of the 2nd match was the highest quality set ive played in for years, from the part of both players

Ahah i had games exactly like you against coke today he won 6-3 6-1. His serve is beast and he has very good drop shots. In the second set my first serve let me down and had a few DF's :x overall nice game 8)

Played RobITST yesterday...lost the first match 6-7 6-7, won the second match 6-4, 6-7, 7-6

The last set was nerve wrecking. Knowing I had lost the previous 3 tiebreaks, i was sure I'd lose the 4th as well. But a lucky lob while he was at the net gave me the mini break i needed:)

His volleyplay is terrific. It's like a big wall, and yo can't get past is. Loads of trouble with that.

you were unlucky, you made some silly errors that led to me breaking in those 6-4 sets, errors that probably could have been avoided.

first set was reasonably close, second you hit like 5 double faults, i broke u 3 times in the 3rd, u hit 2 in the 1st and 2nd break and one in the 3rd.

you only one 1 point on serve the whole match though... So return could do with some polishing :D

just played vieira in 2 exho's, me using my Sv player and him his hewitt, 1st match at sony ericsson me winning 6-2 6-4 and second at san allesandro and me winning 6-2 6-1. he played well but was too eager to finish the points i think especially on the clay, at it was the UE count that let me win, but a few less Ue's and he could have had me as i wasnt volleying that well in 1st match and was relying on my serve. on clay i played better an i think vieira got depressed from just missing so many good shots. but when it did work i was pinned to the baseline and often lost the point, so will play again soon. He also got to plenty of 0-30's on my serve and 1 or 2 0-40's so i was pushed a lot.

Thanks Anteros, Coolhand and Q :) Yeah I am glad to have finally won a ws title. I feel like my itst career is nicely balanced now with a title in both the ms and ws tours

I had a thought the other day about this thread. I noticed too many times people only post when they win, and they don't say anything except the score.

So, just to make sure this isn't used for bragging, how about we try to describe how the matches go - instead of just saying "I played Mike123 last night and won 6-1, 6-0."

Just a thought.

played a fun match with brgerflipr today which i won 7-6 6-4.
The first set was a serving affair with me getting to duece on alot of his service games and with me mainly holding to 15. I got to love-thirty with him serving at 5-5 but he managed to hold me off.
I got an early early break in the TB after a good return setup the point, I looked to be on track to taking the set when at 5-4 on my serve he got the mini break back after hitting an unreal running backhand passing shot at full stretch which landed bang in the corner to pull the mini break back, i ended up taking the breaker at like 11-9.
2nd set started out similiar, however my serve went for two games with me serving at 1-1 and 2-2, i then however got back on track and broke at either 5-4 or 4-3.
It was a fun match with great rallies and amazing defence by brgerfliper, stats were something like this

Coke | brgerflipr
1st serve in % 85|77
1st serve won % 89|76
2nd serve won % 50|46
Aces 15|1
D.F 1|1
winners 62|32
U.E 12|5
break points won 1/1|0/2
Total points won 80-something|60-something
