Definitely not legally possible. There are 560 points to spend and 30 points per stat is the minimum. Some CPU players like Fed have 600 overall points though.

Only the world tour players had those set ups, and most players on itst, at least in the top 10, could destroy them with a sim player.
TS3 was all about the sim tour

You could meet players with five red stats , but not playing ITST tournaments (at least top players), and moreover it was possible to create a lot more variety of sim players, most of them competitive, and the feelings playing TS3 sim tour don´t exist in TS4.
